Oat flakes include starch (up to 65%), sugar (2.5%), protein (14.5%), and fat (6.5%). Proteins are characterized by high contents of lysine, tyrosine, cysteine. Minerals include many calcium compounds.

Made of oat grains that were pilled, steel-cut, preliminarily steamed and rolled into flakes. Thanks to the production technology, oat flakes become airy. It is fast to make wholesome food from such flakes. They contain a lot of cellulose, proteins and irreplaceable amino acids. Rich in macro- and microelements. They contain more iron than other cereals, much sulphur, silicium, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, fluorine, nickel, zinc. LARGE WHEAT FLAKES
Made of selected whole-grain wheat rolled into flakes. It is an abundant source of vitamin B. One portion may contain from 15% up to 30% of daily allowance of these substances that are essential for people. Vitamin E, choline, biotin, vitamin PP (niacin equivalent) are also contained. Wheat flakes are especially rich in silicium, vanadium and manganese.
Rye flakes
Made of high-quality pilled rye that was steel-cut, steamed and rolled into flakes. Flakes are rich in amino acids, vitamins B1, B2, PP, A and they also include the following microelements: potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, manganese and ferments. Rye grain contains up to 67% of carbohydrates and up to 11% of proteins.
LARGE RYE FLAKES
Made of high-quality whole-grain rye that was steamed and rolled into flakes. Rye flakes – product that includes multiple vitamins such as B1, B2, PP, A, amino acids and mineral substances. Fibres contained in rye promote excretion of toxins, radionuclides, pesticides.
4-GRAIN FLAKES

BARLEY FLAKES
Made of high-quality barley grains that were preliminarily pilled, cut, steamed and rolled into thin flakes. Barley’s nutrition reflects great amount of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and microelements. Barley contains potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron as well as cuprum, manganese, zinc, molybdenum, nickel, cobalt, strontium, chrome, iodine, bromine and vitamins E, PP, B3, B4, B6.
ROLLED OATS
Made of pilled, steamed, heat-treated and rolled oat grains, these flakes are highly nutritious, highly digestible; contain starch, vitamins A, B1, B2, E, amino acids, mineral substances: calcium, magnesium, zinc, cobalt, iron, organic acids.
